Mark Me!!! STARTING OVER (grumble)
Nov. 20th, 2009 06:28 pmOK. Remember that piece I'm working on where Inu is marking Kagome? Well don't remember it. I'm incinerating it and starting the fuck over.

OK. So good news is I think I figured out what the problem was. I don't know what posessed me to try to draw it anime style. So I'm starting over and drawing like I have been: looking at pictures of human faces and being more realistic.
I also remembered to use my layers this time. So that in itself is a BIG plus. But now I want to know if I should add more hair before moving on to work on Inu. I think she might need a little more in the bangs area, but since this is more realisitc than anime (with 80's hair metal bangs) maybe it's alright.
And Izzi, I added the tears JUST FER YEW lol.
yes I know she kinda looks like Steven Tyler... I think making her eyes a little bigger will help balance this., I was trying to make her look more asian compared to my reference pic. but still its better than that first abortion I drew for this concept.
