yes, I found it at babymania.com when I googled 'art nouveau nursery'. I just did some adjustments to make it try to look like a Brotherhood background
LOTS of Brotherhood backgrounds were made that way for speed. Take a picture (or create a quick one with CADD) then posterize it and blur some of the details. Darker Than Black is the same animation style, so I pull alot of screencaps from both of them to make these shots (Havoc's body is from DTB).
