good lawd, these dreams!

sonjajadeI started taking the beta blocker finally. I do feel lots better but I read that it can cause vivid dreams and hallucinations. The dream thing sounded like a side effect I wanted, thought I have to admit even I'm feeling a little wierded out by them (this from a person who dreams with all five senses and in color without medication).
First time I realized I was having the drug dreams was when I started to get side tracked in my adventures. My dreams are normally very focused even if they are strange and pointless. It feels like my dream self has ADHD all the sudden. Then there's the length of the dreams. I used to have 2-3 short dreams a night, and by the time I woke up I felt like I had dreamed in the middle of my slumber. Now it's like I stop dreaming as soon as I open my eyes. Like for the first few moments of wakefulness I'm having a hard time getting the dream to stop. And I am dreaming ALLLLLLLLL night long, so long that I can only remember like the last 20 minutes of what happened with glimpses of what happened prior like toward the beginning.
Let's not even take into account the weirdness going on. I clearly recall being in a cemetery looking and very large sized, freshly dug graves (only a few had grass and headstones, most of them were fresh) and a groundskeeper was telling me about a tribe of like zombies who were digging up the bodies and eating them... the graves were very shallow and I remember clearly looking at two side by side marked with yellow stakes and pink stakes like gas lines would be marked, and I knew they were twins- brother and sister- and I knew they'd been partially eaten. The groundskeeper says if the grave doesn't have a headstone they don't allow grass to grow on it, and then he tells me this story about two sisters of this zombie tribe and how they fought over a pair of lips to eat. So like magic I can see one of the sisters. She is beautiful, but with diseased green skin andtangled black hair. She's carrying a body but its been so thoroughly picked clean that even the bones are gone and it's nothing but hair and skin so thin you can see through it. Her sister has a fresh, fat, plump set of lips in her fingers and they fight over it. The groundskeeper says they're nice people because they don't eat the living only the dead. Sheesh, and that was only the last 20 minutes!
The good news though is I think I'm getting closer to lucid dreaming. You know what this Means: I'll finally get my Roy sex dream! (As well as about 20 other guys ) so now I'm off to adventure in a sec. No cut because I'm on my phone. Sorry if long post is long ^__^

Date: March 9th, 2012 06:52 pm (UTC)Last night revolved around me losing my wallet at a store. The police had it and they were going to give it back to me but they were dragging their feet about it. So I wandered around different shops and stuff in this strip mall and was trying on these cute summer tops with spaghetti straps (which I can't wear because my bra straps are WIDE...) and when I looked in the mirror I looked like a latina chick. Pretty dark skin and long wavy black hair... not my face at all, it was weird. I ended up not buying anything and went home to play video games until the police said I could pick up my wallet. I played for HOURS. Then my dad came and got me when it was time to get my wallet and then when I got back I stated playing the game again. So sad I didn't see Roy (or Renji or Sebastian or MIROKU or anyone...).
