AL: Marry!!! Al is quiet (I LOVE quiet), humble, intelligent, calm... He thinks before he acts, he plans, he's sweet and adorable and has the courage I think to be romantic. I won't lie: most of my Al/Mei fics are kinda Mary Sue.
Roy Mustang: FUUUUUUUUCK! I could LOOK at Roy forever, I could evenstand to hear his voice. But at the end of the day, he's a stuck up ambitious military man, and I want a man to be married to ME not his JOB.
Ed: KILL. ReaLlly, I wouldn't kill Ed so much as send him to finishing school. I love a filthy mouth, I love how passionate he is about his causes, but he's loud, arrogant and obnoxious to the point I wanna hang myself. A lot of that could be his developmental stage in life, as well as his birth order tendencies. But seeing how we're both first borns we'd continually clash anyways. I'd have to politely shoot him in the back, but only after he's climbing out of my bed and naked first ;)
