I just became a big deal... kinda.

On facebook, there's a group called Moms for Marijuana, and they talk about lots of things regarding legalization.  They discuss the economic and medicinal advantages, as well as manufacturing purposes and of course the recreational purposes.  I noticed they had several state chapters but none for Kentucky.  Yesterday I find out they were looking for people to run the chapter groups and I volunteered for the Kentucky chapter and Louisville sub-chapter.  I didn't think I would get it because another woman also volunteered, but I got an email telling me welcome aboard and all I have to do it keep the state chapter facebook page updated with articles locally about legalization and everything that pertains to it.  They told me if I wanted to organize a rally if and when it ever comes up for a vote that they would help me, and I can't believe I'm as excited as I am to get started with this.  Here's a link if anyone wants to check it out.  I just got started so it's a little boring right now.  Here's the main page.
