When I write a story I normally go in blind.  The stories write themselves 90%of the time (heaviest weight was the only one to have an outline, and even it morphed from what I'd originally set out to happen, all because I couldn't bear to let Rin die a third fuckin time...), and usually it works out fine.  Dolls is off to a great start but I find myself stumbling bad on this second chapter.  Like the interaction between Inu and Sess is ok as far keeping them in character, but it feels choppy to me.  Now that that interaction is out of the way, I'm back to smoothness again... I dunno though.  Over half of it was written while I was half asleep. I"ve now got half of the 5th page written and it seems stale... like its going nowhere.  I hate to start completely over...  I've done such before and haven't regretted it, but still...  Maybe I should go in, pull the dialogue out and simply tell the reader what's happening?  gah.  I ahven't had this much trouble since I had to completely rewrite the second AU chapter in Poppies...
