sonjajadeMy new favorite thing is this podcast that Braeda's voice actor is a part of- and it should be your favorite thing too. Just about everyone on it has done a voice in FMA, and I sadly know more about Jeremy Inman (Braeda), Chris Patton (Greed 1.0), and Bryan Massey's (Isaac MacDougal) sex lives than I ever thought possible, and I still have Caitlin Glass' (Winry) abstinence experience to get to. It's billed as The View but like Howard Stern, all on a wine tour. It features an actual sex therapist named Shauntae and some other women whose names escape me, one of them also does voices for Funimation, and usually a male guest star. Jeremy Inman becomes a permanent host starting season 2, so I'm trying to get all caught up before it starts up again. I love it. Can't wait for that second season!! Wanna listen? The coldest it got here was -3. But with the windchill it was down to -24. FUCK. THAT. SHIT. School was cancelled for 2 days (which meant calling out for 2 days because no babysitter) because of the weather. Had to close up the back door to help keep the house warm (I have a giant doggie door because of the mastiff), and the cat did nothing but whine about not being able to go out at night. But on the upside, my friend fixed my furnace so it works again!
My birthday is Thursday. I'll be 33 T____T so old and fat now XD Going to eat tomorrow night with everyone at Golden Corral, then Friday night my mom and sis are taking me to the planetarium! I've never been before, and the show is called "The Starry Skies of Louisville". My sister gave me a list of shows and that's the one I picked. I told her it was so if I ever needed to navigate by the stars locally that I could. she said she knew I would pick that show, and for that reason, because apparently I'm a viking in Podunk land XD

You make me feel really good remembering that...(that best of tumblr post reminded me about it!) I don't know if you noticed the scribbled Scar and Rose in the top left corner of my recent page of drawings posted on tumblr, but I was trying to think about what sort of picture to draw you this year. Better get to that tonight!!

Date: January 10th, 2014 11:00 pm (UTC)I kept saying, "Eh, I don't know about this one," but told myself, "You're too picky. Don't waste paper! Keep working on that page." Sometimes the interest factor of seeing all those various things together will make up for the unequal quality of the drawing.
Oh, it didn't seem that way to me. I draw for my friends because I like to (and I don't know anyone else whose birthday is too close to yours- in the fall I can get kind of burned out ^^;) and, honestly, in that case, I sort of appreciate the suggestion for what I should draw. (if I'm too busy, I just don't colored the birthday doodles)
