IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!!!

GUYS.  IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR 12 DAYS OF FICMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Some of my new friends may not know what this is so I will try to curb my excitement and tell you about this great thing that I love so very much!

So there's a community I belong to called 12_daysofficmas and it's SO GREAT!!!  If you are a fan- OF ANYTHING- you can submit any kind of winter/holiday/anything themed thing.  This includes but is not limited to: fic (obviously), art, poetry, cosplay pics (which we haven't had yet so DO THAT if you want!), ANYTHING for 12 days beginning Christmas day and running until Jan 6th.  Any fandom goes!  That's my favorite part I think.  I really only belong to the FMA fandom fic contest comm right now, so reading other fandom things without having to belong to a bunch of different comms is GREAT!  And being able to write or do fan arts for other fandoms myself is a great feeling too.  If you're not a member, think about coming over and doing some contributions!  For fics, there's no word count limits, and as long as you put the headers and warnings up, NSFW stuff is allowed as well EDIT- It's a Teen and under rating comm!!!. Even arts get a header so as not to trigger or offend anyone.  And then of course there's the FMA Gift Exchange (which I don't yet know if we're doing a winter exchange, we didn't do a Halloween one so....).  Anyway, I'm squeeing because I freaking L O V E 12 days!  Like I want to start writing some NOW.  Super hyped!!  Start thinking of stuff and then come share!!!

I think there are other communities like that one that DO allow the smut, so I can't imagine I would be doing anything all that original. But you know, it's funny you should mention that. I've been debating a little mini-exchange just for my flist. I even came up with a slogan: Fuck the fluff and pass the porn! >:D
